1 bolt in the hinge/grinder can vibrate loose & cause the blade to change angles causing a cutting flaw or an injury. It must be secured very well! Also, cheaper hinges usually have slop in the pin/boss connection.

There is a reason why you take a saw for sawing and a grinder for grinding. Only because it can be done it does not mean that it makes sense.

I’ve yet to find a gate hinge that doesn’t have a profound wobble, so there’s not chance of cutting equal pieces each time!

A miter saw thats actually made for this would be a better idea instead of using something thats made for grinding steel.

Gefährliches Spielzeug. Ein Sägeblatt in einer Flex ist sau Gefährlich. Ein Winkelschleifer hat eine Geschwindigkeit von 9000 U/ pro Minute. Eindeutig zu hoch. Wer seine Finger liebt, der sollte solche Sägen nicht bauen. Mich wundert es, dass die BG so etwas zulässt.

1. Вращение болгарки на видео - против часовой стрелки ( это важно)
2 Крепление инструмента в одной точке - наклон и направление реза - не предсказуем.
3. Это опасное применение из-за больших скоростей резания происходит повышенный износ инструмента, с последующим разрушением и травматизмом .
Автора - надо самого на денёк с этой штукой оставить....
