Danish heavy metal singer King Diamond wrote a song with earlier band Merciful Fate called The Curse of the Pharaoh. He says he wrote after he himself was effected by it. He went and visited ancient tombs in Egypt and touch something he shouldn't have. He claims that he waa haunted for months after that.

I believe in curses but someone once said if you believe in legends you believe in curses too and I have a idea that they were no curses written on king tut's tomb because I think that the ancient Egyptians enchanted the tomb without having the archeologists knowing about it and I think that some of the tombs that were cursed were also trying to protect the royal tomb of king tut and they thought that would be enough to protect the king of Egypt and maybe if they discover more tombs in Egypt they may find more curses in the tombs
