This is very true because I used to visit my grandma in Russia and she had a balcony, and park and central heating, but only one bathroom😂

It's basically the same for Germany (some minor details may differ), but most of it was the same. Even with the playground, which was for me directly under the balcony. So my mom could really overwatch me all the time. xD

This is a set of building codes that any developer must comply with. Therefore, in winter, no one will freeze in their homes.
