If Asian cultures didn't respect their elders, I suspect many of these things wouldn't exist.
Taking care of your people is very important to many cultures. There are certainly some other countries that could do the same...just a little.

Im ashamed to say it but much of the things in Korea would disappear or be destroyed in the US within minutes!

Boss DT. I loved this video about fun South Korean idiosyncrasies. I must’ve been a SK Native in a previous life, I guess. For many years, now, I have felt an affinity for most things, Asian. Furniture, architecture, Art. Not so much food (onion cereal) or oral hygiene products like chili-flavored toothpaste. This video of yours brought my general connection to Asian things into a sharpened focus. Now, I can say I love most things, South Korean. 🧓🏻💕! TYSM!

I know I'm supposed to be impressed by all these little "extras", but all I can think about is how large the urban South Korean's carbon footprint must be. We're supposed to be shedding unnecessary stuff, not adding it. Seriously, NOBODY needs karaoke booths on a train.
