Alberta Premier Danielle Smith wins seat in byelection

Premier Danielle Smith won a seat in the Alberta Legislature on Tuesday in a provincial byelection in Brooks-Medicine Hat. She returns to the legislature after losing the PC Party nomination before the 2015 election.

This Danielle Smith is one very special piece. So far, all we have heard from this gal is fighting with literally everyone ...and ready to fight with anyone else. What an opinionated ALPHA CHARACTER!! So this is what Albertans want? Well, I hope this gal sinks this province permanently. It will be fun watching her piss everyone off everyone outside of Alberta. She might as well start creating and submitting Alberta's separation papers and join Quebec. She is most certainly NOT going to ask for anyone else's opinions she couldn't care less about anyone else. She appears to have done a lot of different things and she's only 52 years old! I would love to hear from those that have had to work with her in the past.

The best outcome for Alberta would be NDP Provincially and CPC Federally.
The UCP and Liberals are disastrous for Alberta and Liberal's are disastrous for the entire Country. It's time for Albertans to not group the Provincial politics with the Federal politics as it's two different puppies. Time to vote for who did and will do a better job for the Province as a whole. Trading Kenney in for Smith isn't going to change anything. She is no Ralph Klein.
