Encoder Fault (0x5201) caused by Throttle

A customer returned a motor system to us which was having 11 flashes or (0x5201) Encoder Fault on the Sevcon controller. We spent ages trying to fault find the encoder wiring only to find out that the fault was caused by the throttle!
