OMG..LOVE THIS !! I bought this record album in 1983...I love how Uncle Al is pretending he has a British accent..And if you ask Al abou this album..he will not say anything and walk out the door..He's embarrassed...I LOVE IT!!!

Damn, this takes me back, when I was dancing in the clubs in Germany when I was in the Army in the late 80s and early 90s. I fucking love Ministry. They are a true Alternative Band.

This sound is making a comeback and Ministry's sound set the stage for tons of later DarkWave pretending to be Pop.

I can't help but think of ministry as 3 different bands with the same title and Alien .

Love this old school stuff! Better than the last crap he made the last 3 years. I'm just an old school fan. Last album I bought was Psalm:69. After that I threw in the towel even after seeing them many times with new members. Not the same after Paul and the rest of the guys left. I love this album and most people should acknowledge this song and album. Great jams here! A+++

Absolutely love it. Clearly influenced by a lot of English guys at the time in a really honest way. I think it's the best thing he's done.

I don't see anyone commenting on how well-done this video is. Considering they were a new band at the time, and having just signed to Arista, it looks like the video had a fairly sizable budget. Nice lighting, the fog, the whole atmosphere - it's just very stylish. I don't know if this was ever shown on MTV at the time, but I certainly hope so.

The first Ministry song I ever heard on channel 7's Nightmoves show with Lee Simon presenting, amazing 80's electronic pop / new wave, I know Mr Al disowns this period but its actually something to be very proud of ... I lost track of Ministry amongst the mammoth amount of good shit that was happening in 80's music but rediscovered them in a record shop in 88, " The mind is a terrible thing to taste " period, so glad I did & couldn't believe the transition into a heavier beast but it captured me immediately .... Somewhat similar to the same way that Depeche started poppy & evolved into something darker & more manevolent, its called evolution or progression & its happened with many artists, Thankfully !!!
