Hi Bart, if you don’t mind, I have a game suggestion for you:

What is common in all of your most successful games? In sugar, sugar, players must guide the correct color sugars to their respective cups. In Factory Balls, players must dye balls with the proper colors of paint. And in the color series, which continues to bring in hundreds of thousands of players to this day, the aim is to fill the screen with a certain color.

If it hasn’t been clear already, the answer is color. For over a decade, you have been creating innovative puzzles that carefully embed it into gameplay. Think of Furiosity, where the entire game is composed of nothing but it. All of these games have gone on to receive sequels and/or ports to different platforms. However, one of these colorful logic adventures still remains.

Which one is it, you ask? None other than the longest initial bontegame release for browser, and the longest game available in the Bart Bonte Collection: doggnation. In my opinion, it reflects the brilliant, yet simple game premises which you have truly mastered. The game demands not only logical thinking, but also quick memory recall as players plot out the blocks to be collected by each dogg. Afterwards, the flipping of the standing doggs to create the desired color combos provides a thrilling, surreal experience.

By reimagining the game with new puzzles, new mechanics, and polished graphics, fans will be able to experience a new journey containing the previously mentioned aspects which fans of bontegames have always enjoyed. A level editor could even be added, as only what the standing doggs hold and the number of walking doggs need to be modified. There are endless possibilities in terms of what could be implemented into a mobile/Steam version. Please put this into consideration, and thank you for reading.

So, for now we have red, orange, yellow, green, blue, black, and pink. We need white, grey, and purple. Hope those come out on 2024, 2025, and 2026!
