Her real name is Aurora Aksnes and she is a singer/songwriter from Norway. She was 18 in this music video and she is 28 today. She has released 4 albums and 2 EPs and writes all her music and lyrics though sometimes with cowriters.
Billie Eilish has said many times that she watched this music video at 13 and she was very inspired by it.
5 days after this music video premiered in Feb 2015 Katy Perry tweeted about Aurora and this video and recommending it, and she later came to 2 of Aurora's concerts in LA in 2015 and 2016.

Aurora is also the ethereal voice in the Disney movie Frozen 2 calling to Elsa.

You might want to take a look at "Bring me the horizon" featuring AURORA Live in Japan. Aurora performed this one song with BMTH and had 20 minutes to get to her own live show. Aurora has suggested she is interested in her own metal album. She is a metal head.

As a longtime fan of the channel, I'm thrilled to see you react to this special talent! A lot of metalheads are Aurora fans, and she herself is a metalhead. Her favorite band is Gojira, and she collabs with Bring Me the Horizon on their latest album (and they have a live performance together in Japan).

She wrote this song at the ripe old age of 11 (!), but where she really shines is live. Next up, I would highly recommend this song or "Murder Song" from the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize concert. She was 19 years old at that concert, and despite being admittedly very nervous, she absolutely crushed it. She's 28 years old now, and is better than ever.

BTW, this was filmed near her home in Norway, and it's all very real -- she got sick making this video.

Aurora is a small universe of her own. This video is one of her very early ones (2016). It is very interesting how she has developed over the years. And whether live or in one of her (always very well thought out) official videos; her songs are very diverse and always an experience.
