its MILLENNIAL meme culture foremost and then Gen z meme culture. You k now not all millennials are in their late 30s and 40s. Many were born in the 90s and are in their late 20s and early 30s. A lot of the popular online celebs and Hollywood celebrities are 90s millenials such as Timothee Chalamet, Sabrina Brier, Saoirse Ronan, Dua Lipa, Zendaya, etc.
