How are these questions different?

If you want information about the subject of a sentence, you can use a subject question:
-Who likes English? You like English!
-Who does her homework every week? Sarah does her homework every week!
-What animal eats bamboo? Pandas eat bamboo.

If you want information about the object of a sentence, you can use an object question:
-What do you like? You like English!
-What does Sarah do every week? Sarah does her homework every week!
-What do pandas eat? Pandas eat bamboo.
