More threats from North Korea against Australia

We are a country full of many races. Our families, and friends which come from many different social circle interactions, are representative of the many different people that come here, from around our globe. And they include nationalities such as Americans, Chinese, North and South Koreans. We will remain always friends of each other, learning life together on an individual and social basis.
By delivering to the people of North Korea under the UN, food and medicine in their hour of need, due to sanctions which will leave the people eating grass according to China. The people themselves will then have the will to become a true democratic republic.

Is it me or is this story full of comedy, inso much as nearly everything is so untrue and Nth Koreas advice for Australia is what any sane person would say considering the US history of War and Murder across the globe
