I saw a tiktok posted almost a year ago that Vitaly said he has been trying to get his US citizenship for 20 years because of his past arrests. He said if he is not arrested for another 12mo, he can apply for citizenship. Given he only has a green card and the Phillippine gov wants to keep him for at least two years, he is not coming back to America. For that, as an American, we all owe the Phillippine a big thank you.

If I recall if Vitaly is outside of the United States for more than 6 months, I think the US has the right to revoke his permanent residency status so the US would refuse re-entry. That means he gets deported back to Mother Russia.

Hey, American ex-pat here in the Philippines. I hope they throw the book at him. We Americans are generally really liked here and we dont want that dude ruining a good thing. The locals are extremely generous, patient and friendly. The police are also very relaxed and patient with people. You have to really screw up to get in trouble here. So seeing him act like an ass and treat the locals the way he was it makes us all mad as hell. I hope they make an example of him so no other prank vlogger even thinks about trying that crap here. And yea.. Its hot as all hell here right now, summer just started and there will be very little rain over the next 3 months. He is gonna be cooked in so many ways.. LOL BTW, I hope he likes rice, cuz thats all he is gonna get on $1.20 a day.. LOL

In the Philippines, 90 percent can understand English. This might be our advantage comparing to other Asian countries. That's why we clearly understand Vitaly's intention in our country. We Filipinos are really friendly but don't abuse our kindness...
We may be divided right now because its election period but we are united in protecting our pride.

Vitaly assaulted a female jogger a couple of years back on shrooms, but paid her off to avoid going to trial/prison and almost bankrupted himself. *Now that woman is rich and Vitaly is in one of the worst prison systems in the world!*

Filipinos are truly forgiving people, that even worst mistakes filipinos choose to consider to forgive. But this time, with Vitaly’s pride, unapologetic, cocky insincere attitude he secured the worst consequences. If only he expressed more appropriate and sincere behavior he could actually easily get out from all of this.
