Easiest chimney liner install

As a DIY I was planning go without insulation but by getting some information on the web I found out that insulated will get a better airflow which can increase drafting and reduce creosote buildup. So I took down the flue liner .❤

i work in a PET injection moulding plant, and our material feed flex lines are basically the same as this ss liner, except with welded cam lock fittings on the ends

Take a picture of the manufacture installation instructions. They all require insulated liners with a 1/2 in foil backing ceramic wool

What brand and model of liner is that?

I remember back in the day we would get square liners that actually fit in the chimney perfectly

That is a damn tight fit front to back boy!
Not a lot of room there for shifting which is usually always !

If it doesn’t fit with insulation wrapped liner then the chimney tiles need to n demolished and remloved before installation

The the chimney tiles are not cracked, why are you installing a liner?

5 1/2" liner with insulation if the manufacturer of the stove will allow.

Chimney should be filled with thermix to insulate that liner and cut out that damper and seal that smoke shelf and charge everything do it correctly Buddy

Also just by Judging with the quick camera take this chimney does not meet the 2 feet above 10 feet away rule
