Why do young ghanaians always forget to teach others to understand the food well, how to really eat swallow foods?? Its so frustrating! U educate them well about the food before u even sit to eat the food so that they get more interested and excited on how to swallow. By the way, Ugali has nothing to do with fufu or kokonte at all. Its their form of BANKU, made from corn like us, but theirs barely has water in it, they make the banku very very hard, actually breakable more than pinch and cut like we eat our banku because ours is soft. Thats why they were chewing the kokonte because u guys made it sound like its a softer form of their Ugali...
