As someone who is just learning about murmur hashing for fun (i.e. complete newbie), it's kind of surprising that this algorithm uses so many weirdly specific constants.
As you explained in the video, these constants were chosen for their tendency to generate hash values that meet the chi-squared and avalanche tests... but who came up with them? How? How do we know that these constants will satisfy our 'good hash' criteria for all seeds and all possible values to be hashed?

I know Murmur hashing is a non cryptographic hash function.
If I known the seed to the hash, it is possible to get the string?
