I am really happy that Natsume was able to find his place and was able to make good friends from both high school and yokai world...
I still remember that it broke me when we seen his backstory years ago..
A definative must watch if you enjoy anime like mushishi

This anime is my comfort anime...Sometimes when I'm not in mood of watching seasonal animes, I just watch any episodes of this series. Watched every single eps, ova, movie and manga. Now on 7th season I didn't missed any of them.

Natsume is such a sweet and kind boy, I always cried when we got a glimpse of his backstory bit by bit.

Such a good show .. started it last year and ran through all 6 seasons and the movies then finished right when they announced season 7 ....its a chill watch with some beautiful episodes and artwork

This Anime Is Soo Good! I Only Discovered This A Few Months Ago, But I'm Hooked! I Binge-Watched All The 6 Seasons, Movies etc., And Even Caught Up To The Latest Chapter Of The Manga! And Am Now Currently Watching Season 7, Which Is Airing. It's Pretty Episodic, But There Are Some Plot-Driven Episodes, And All Of Them Are Soo Good! I Wish More People Talked About This Anime, It's Way Too Underrated! (At Least In The English-Speaking Community, I've Heard It's Very Popular In Japan).

Initially, it feels a little out of place but once you start watching, it really hooks you.
I would recommend this to everyone, a different try from action, romcom, etc.
