Honda CRF300L - Stock Exhaust & Black Widow 300mm Comparison

I have fitted a Black Widow 300mm Hexagonal stainless steel silencer (not full system).

Tbh I like being as anonymous as possible when I’m riding lanes so I’d prefer the original. For the road, the new one is better.

I have the same issue on my 300 rally. The black widow sounds amazing but too loud. Especially when riding at 100kph long distance, definite ear damage, had to change back. Installed the secondary baffle as well but still too much mid volume. Love the look and sound though! Can you post exactly what you used to repack it? I'd like to give it a try.

Can the OEM heat shield be fitted back onto the bike?
