In this video, we show a few our women-only self-defense course thought of Sampa During the summer.
It was a ten weeks course. The ladies had a blast!

A really fun, energy-filled and legit Martial arts - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai Academy.
We are not a Gym, not a place that you come and go. Here you come to learn the martial arts we taught, learn the culture, the history
and the respect behind it.

We have a massive adult program and a humongous kids program and a great Deal for families.
Adults and kids will learn and self-improve not only on the mats but outside the mats we are
doing our sustainability job, Helping adults and kids get more educated and respectful through martial arts.
