i do know that the ender io devs are working on a 1.18 version and the actually adition devs are working on a 1.16.5 version, and i do like the look of the new artstyle that actually addtions is gonna be using it look similar to the new Pneumatic craft artstyle

I love that nothing has really changed with Dire's way of playing on Forgecraft. He runs around without food or weapon, even on hard mode. Doesn't even bother to make any tools before running off into the night, certainly couldn't do that while in the safety of other players being around. I remember wanting to shout at him on multiple seasons of Forgecraft, for similar reasons. Never change, Direwolf.

The chat-volume was okay when you were in the big channel, but I would have preferred Soaryn to have a bit more volume, especially when you were in that "private" channel. Are you using Discord for voice? If so you can set an individual volume per person. (from 0% to 200% boosted)

Hey Dire, there are a lot of new things in the 1.18 update and I think you'll have a lot of fun with the world changes. But here is a small heads up! They changed mob spawning mechanics so that hostile mobs no longer spawn in any light level above 0 (you'll find out why). You don't need as many torches anymore! Even in your 9x9, you'll probably only need one torch in the center to light up everything in the room. That is unless a mod has changed that back lol
