Nice work! Looks like a 3-conductor XLPE cable 15kV class I would guess.

As a cable jointer (splice)good work but only need to his properly tools and safely work activity training bcz heat shrink kit time not flowing in mv switches gear protect terminal busbar selev to care about mv switches gear

What happened to the braided shields? I saw them wrap electrical tape putting them into contact with the conductor tape shield but where did the braided shield connect to?

why removing the semi-conductor insulator @1:29? whats wrong if we keep it?

Didn't like them using the sawzall for cutting the wire, but if that's all his company will supply then so be it.

Safety issues very poor technicians using flame heat shrinking instead of heat gun!!

Poorly made video sloppy trim work around cable. For training purpose they should not have used a knife as the instruction say not too and workers coil wraps were sideways a little. Also this is supposed to be a glove free process do to unwanted carbons on cable. cleaning cable or not minimize the amount of contaminates exposed to the insulation.
