What makes this band so attractive musically is their originality. Sure, they're not the first band to wear costumes and use pyros on stage (NOT GWAR, NOT GWAR FFS), but their lyrics, their actual style they've chosen  to look like, the music itself, that although you can definitely hear the 80's Hard Rock it's still very much their own take and it's bloody fantastic \mm/ and seeing them live is even better

The funny thing is that in this song, Lordi refers to themself as being THREE different genres. Heavy metal, hair metal, and hard rock...they're still missing one. Lordi is also classified under glam metal as well. In other words, they're the complete package
