Be forewarned this does not work if you have very large breasts.
I wear a 36J.
When I tried this there was tons of extra fabric above my breasts, and they were also pushed out of shape and very pointy and squashed looking.

This definitely only works on 38B and below. I wear a 38C and it ended up looking all smooshed and the middle was pointy. Only recommended this for small chests.

Nope sorry, even with a 'smaller chest' this didn't work. Everyone skips the part about extending the straps. mine do not extend that far to go over the head and shoulder.

I’ve been doing this for so long and it works really well for me but just make sure to loosen the straps all the way first! ❤

You have to make the straps all the way loose of the bra that is why it was hard

You can losen the strap to put it over the head then tigten it back
