Create custom task panes for Word: top pane (VB.NET, C#)

The video shows how to add 3 buttons to a new Word ribbon tab that will allow the user to control the state of the advanced pane. You can also switch an active task pane to Normal, Hidden and Minimized states programmatically (using C# or VB.NET).
