What do you think of Dreampress versus just Dreamhost using WordPress. I am wondering the difference in the speed of the site. I have a site gets about a 1000 hits a week but all over the World. Mostly Australia and USA. I am worried about the cheaper version being slow.

I bought a domain name yesterday and it doesn't appear in the "Install to:" toggle bar. Does it take a while for it to appear?
