How to Drive Three Abreast

While we were visiting Jason Julian earlier this week, he agreed to go over with us how he runs his lines and uses spacer straps and jockey sticks with multiple hitches. This video shows how he uses a set of team lines and pair of spacer straps to work three abreast. In upcoming posts, we'll show how he sets up for four and five abreast. All this will be in an upcoming episode or two on our Rural Heritage show on RFD-TV this fall and, after that, on our YouTube channel.

Great setup I usually use a three-abrest set of lines they have one more set of cross check line and a beautiful team
