I've been to Taiwan and I can't say that the population is very proficient in english. I was in Kending and Taipei mainly. Taipei was better of course, but it still wasn't that good honestly.

Bruh, MGI is being criticized real hard right now. They demanded too much and did so many unreasonable things just to denounce the co-host, Cambodia this year. The National Director and Miss Grand Cambodia pulled themselves away from the whole thing, and cut ties with the whole organization. Literally a cooking show indeed.

The owner of MGI is I think Thai Chinese & everyone calls him Uncle Nawat. That is probably why they let this particular candidate participate as Ms. Taiwan rather than Ms. China.
