Border 2 Fire update 6:30 p.m. | Fire crews work to contain fire as winds start dying down

CAL FIRE crews are continuing to work to contain the Border 2 Fire, as the San Diego County sees a shift in weather.
Fire crews are working with humidity and lesser winds to battle the fire.

Well no sky diving for a few days! 😢 Firefighters are absolutely incredible! Thank goodness for their bravery and willingness to risk their lives doing such a dangerous job for the protection of others. A few choppers saved my home in the general area of where this fire is burning in 2007. Until you live it, you cannot possibly know the fear and anxiety watching the fire move in your direction. It looks like they've got a good handle on it now. To the guy who took the video, thank you! It's so clear. You got some very good shots! 😀😀

Yeah a lot of those firefighters are inmates and most of them fires are normally set by Cal fire themselves
