Usuli tor per yehi hona chaiye sir agar aik university claim kerti hai kay wo HEC say affiliated hai to yeh uski moral responsibility banti hai lekin universities students ko facilitate karnay kay bajaye sirf business karny kay liye hen.

Yh bhi achi baat hai lkin agr hmme notarized ya photocopies bhi attest krwani hn to still we've to go through this process as well bcz foreign universities demand original attest on notarized as well....
