Around the Grove, Medicine ~ Aspen ~ 2023

This is a presentation about the Aspen tree and its star-lore - it is the tree of stars in more ways than one. Aspen is the penultimate tree of the Ogham Grove year wheel - the tree of the spirit world before rebirth with the Yew tree at the Winter Solstice. We also look at the medicine given by the Aspen tree, Oyster Mushrooms, and the wildflower, Navelwort.

I love this video on aspen and am going to try making some bark tea. When you mentioned the black hole at the center of the Universe, it made me think of a remark by Llarion Merculiff, an Aleut elder from Alaska who talked about an experience he had connecting in meditation with the Womb at the center of the Universe where much information was revealed to him.
