White House denies John Dowd floated pardons in Russia probe

The New York Times reports that President Trump's attorney suggested pardons for Paul Manafort and Mike Flynn; Peter Doocy reports from Washington.

The White House certainly SHOULD pardon them as soon as they are convicted. They've been charged with NOTHING that was supposed to be the object of the investigation.
