Maglalatik - Karangahan Philippine Dance Company

Maglalatik - An innovation of the mock-war dance from Laguna where men engage in a frenzied battle for possession of the “latik” (residue of boiled coconut milk). In this version of “Maglalatik”, the staccato rhythm of the clicking coconut shells is more exciting in its variety and intensity.
