Proof of concept implies there's a working tech demo in a game engine, not just art assets in a pre-rendered scene (the camera movement gave it away before I noticed the fine print).

But I applaud your work nonetheless, i've dreamed of a 3d rimworld-like game, and currently learning UE to try making an actual game.

I love that all the comments haven't caught on to the actual fact this isn't real.

Really really good animation though if it wasn't for those camera pans being so smooth I'd have probably believed it until I read that disclosure under the text
