I have been working on all the fundamentals of the CAGED Chord shapes and positions and matching them to Pentatonic and Major, minor scales and arpeggios, so I can't say most of what you said was new to me. BUT this is by far the best comprehensive, conceptual explanation I have seen. It came at a perfect time for me and has several "Ohhh now I see it moments". I will definitely incorporate this information into my practices. Well Done!

This is THE best explanation of the CAGED system I've heard. I never understood anyone else's explanation or the different shapes creating the same note! As others have said here, this is probably the most comprehensive lesson on the CAGED system I have seen. Most presentations don't even go into related scale shapes or minor chords much less how to add the 7th. Great job!

Absolutely amazing lesson. I was hesitant to watch this because I "know" cage, but you really cemented some ideas that I had only stumbled upon and some I had no idea about. This channel will have a lot more views soon. The best explanation of CAGED and why it's useful out there. Just the simple idea of having multiple ways to go once you identify the root is something you never hear explained as to why the shapes, scales etc. are all connected.
