Arne Slot doesn't sign too much players. He just make use of the unused players that are in the squad. Slot built his Feyenoord team in his 1st season with them with just only spending 9 million Euros which is mind blowing how he succeded there.

I would say Liverpool’s squad is sufficient to remain competitive at the top, they’ve got so much quality at their disposal and all they’d need is replacements for any players they might sell. Their defence is still quality, although slightly aging, their midfield has a lot of depth with a variety of different qualities to choose from and their offence is still their strongest asset as all their forwards are dynamite

I can see it now! New manger and be the only club not to sign a player! We finished 3rd! So yes there is room for improvement! Defensive midfielder and an out and out striker would help us out a ton this season!
