Gilbert Regional Park is a 272 acre park, being developed in phases, starting in 2018, located in southeast Gilbert, AZ.
It has:
18 pickleball courts
6 volleyball courts
6 tennis courts
2 Basketball courts
Kids play area A 4,000-square-foot splash pad with 57 interactive water features. Nearly a dozen slides. A Zip line.
Ampitheater which hosts several large concerts a year, family movie nights, festivals and more
7-acre lake includes an urban fishing pier and is stocked with a variety of fish for recreational fishing opportunities, including bluegill, catfish and bass. The lake is also surrounded by a half-mile walking path.

In May 2023, Cactus Surf Park unveiled a more water-efficient redesign and a new construction timeline. Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2023 with an opening date planned for fall 2025. More details about the timeline can be found below.
