There's is only one thing if India policy makers and execution didn't generate enough employment no matter how good is your constitution is, in modern times as special into next 20 to 40 years which will conclude India's 100 years of independence then India is doom.
One thing is also important to when talk about employment is not just how many are employed but also there Median salery, disposable income and adjusted with inflation and growth rate if this is not properly guided things will go the extreme where is one section of or percentage of people is way to much rich and you know other details.
This is most important
how to take highest or optimum use of demographic dividend.
In economy everything starts at individual consumption so try to focus on that part as India's political economy is going towards or favour ing towards the capital economy.
