Nirav Modi denied permission to move extradition fight to UK Supreme Court

Fugitive diamond merchant Nirav Modi, wanted in India to stand trial on fraud and money laundering charges, has suffered another setback in his legal battle against his extradition. The High Court in London has denied him permission to appeal against his extradition order in the UK Supreme Court.
