Hello People! 👋Let's move away from core technical things for a bit. In this video, I share soft skills that I feel every developer should learn and improve.

The norm that technical skills are important than the core soft skills does not hold true in the industry today. We all have to balance both to stay relevant in the industry.

Important content; thank you, Gift! Indeed, these are important areas to put effort into. I appreciate you sharing these thoughts.
One bit of constructive feedback: at 1:55, the audio level drops... and then it's hard to hear you for a while (at least for me, on my computer). It comes back at 4:41 and is fine again (though that's a little jarring after cranking the volume to try to hear the intermediate bit). A couple other videos were hard to hear as well. If that's something you can improve for future videos, that would be appreciated! Thanks again!

P.S. Condolences about 20:40! :'( I'm glad the audio survived, at least! And that you're back at 24:25! :)
