Quick, helpful, to the point. I've been printing for over 2 months and always used the 'generated' supports---in fact, why watching this I've been clipping a hundred+ tree supports off a monkey butler. This would've (and will) save me a lot of time. Thank you.

I downloaded the extension. I put the supports on the figure, when I slice, and save it as gcode and go to print the supports are not there. Then I open up the gcode file and the gcode doesn’t have the supports on there. Just little buns where the support should be. I wonder what’s wrong with the extension.

"I've left the download there if you have somehow managed to come to this page without having cura?" Hahaha, love it. Thanks for posting the video mate

I downloaded cura and the plugin just fine but when I generate supports, nothing happens. It doesn't even fill in with the excessive supports. Any idea how to remedy this? Do I have to manually add all supports?

Thanks for taking the time and showing your knowledge. I'm new to 3d printing. I was wondering, how do you know when you need support on your 3d prints? If, so which one?

Sorry I'm late to the party. Which version of Cura are you using? Because all you have to do is go to the upper right in Cura and click on the "Marketplace". No need to create any account.
