Ship launch almost kills a worker #shorts

Ship Launch Fail / Gone Wrong: During the launch of the 90-meter-long TASMAN at a shipyard in Hoogezand (Netherlands) an employee of the company nearly gets crushed by the ship.

While the yard was open for the public and dozens of people watched the launch, he tried to remove a rope when the ship was already sliding sideways towards the water. Standing behind the big ship he wasn't noticed and a fatal accident could only be avoided due to the man's quick reaction.

that man was very inexperienced and even luckier. A rope will part nothing bad would have happened if it was a steelite or natural, if it was polyprop i would have been running AWAY from a potential snap back zone. i bet he doesnt do that again
