To anyone looking for advice for dealing with the pain, this is what works for me.
Get in the shower and let the warm water hit your stomach where pain is, it usually temporarely numbs it, and if you do it long enough, it sometimes removes the pain permanently.
Hope this helps, it usually does for me and i sometimes deal with serious abdominal pain😃

I’ve been having a weird sensation in the middle of my upper abdomen, right below the chest area in the middle. It feels better after I’ve eaten, but then the pain like feeling just comes right back. It’s been going on for months. I have anxiety as well but I’ve anxiety all my life and never had this feeling until a couple months ago.

I’m 15 and have pretty bad anxiety my left side below my ribs have been hurting for a cpl years and I’ve gone for doctors appointments and to the hospital once and they can’t find anything wrong not even with blood work. update: I am now 16 its been three years of pain😃✨
