Yes. IDEs are just tools to help you code. Any IDE should do. But I'd recommend you choose one, learn it and stick to it. You'll be able to code more efficiently that way.

The little detail he missed is that if you are getting 404 error, then STOP THE SERVER => follow what he says at 6:50 => START THE SERVER

Notice everyone - if you have problems following the steps, because your eclipse or browser show differently - watch further and you will find at least some of the answers in the video. I've spent 3 hours trying to configure Tomcat and eclipse, and after I did I continued watching and all the answers were shown 1 minute later in the video :).
