Once your insurance card is uploaded into the patient portal our team does some digging and upload what we find into your patient portal - Our Insurance audit is very helpful in helping our patients determine coverage and plan for any expected out-of-pocket costs. It is not, however, a guarantee of coverage so we always recommend you speak directly with your insurance provider to get an official document detailing your coverage!
