This song is special to me for when I was a teenager I learned to play it on guitar and sing it in perfect tune to my girlfriend. She loved the song and me and for 26 years we had a wonderful marriage and two children. Jane passed away six years ago and every time I hear it I tear up thinking about my beloved wife. I was blessed with more joy than anyone can imagine!

I was about 5 or 6 years old when this came out, , the British invasion the United States back in 64 or 65, , omg, , talk about living in a happy environment, too bad we can't go back, , , thank God, , they recorded these awesome songs with true meaning and easy lyrics, , talk about being young and innocent in love, nothing dirty and nasty bad words in these songs. But oh what a time to live in and remember forever in our hearts too..Thank you!!!!..

To be a teenager in 1965 was mind bending. Fantastic. If you were there no explanation is necessary. If you weren't, no explanation is possible.

A beautiful song. Groovy kind of Love... the innocence, honest naivety and simplicity of those lyrics, are the songs everlasting strength.

The 60s were a groovy time, and would I like to go back? Yes, I would agree.

An era of innocence lost in time. Great, talented singers/musicians who gave us impeccable vocals, unforgettable heart-wrenching ballads and suits/ties! We'll not see those days again, but thank God for the time tunnels of reminiscing! This was one of the great songs from the 60s, which ranks as a favorite! Why? I wish I could sing like that!!!

Wrongly titled.
This song was recorded by The Mindbenders without Wayne Fontana after they had split up.
It reached no2 the British Singles Chart.

This is absolutely way better than Phil Collins' crummy remake for his 1988 movie 'Buster.'
