I thought human genome still has not been completely sequenced. I have an assignment on whole genome sequencing, could you let me know if it is now possible to sequence the whole human genome in a reasonable amount of time or is it more like unique sequences in the genome are targeted. Thanks in advance.

Why do I have to go through a doctor... rather than just a scheduled order at a collection center ? Most doctors aren't geneticists have limited knowledge about biochemistry and have no clue as to what the information would even mean... yeah so it appears your G on the fourth codon is underexpressed... macrogenomia... yes that is a problem I'm going to prescribe you something useless that I was instructed to and it will have side effects. They won't offer gene therapy even if something is identified so what's the point in standardized protocol. Basically I lose information I paid for. Which is counterproductive especially when I can make a more informed decision than the so called professional. I'd rather pay and get the raw data nicely organized by gene listing and use software to piece it out further. If you could offer that I would be interested in your services.
