7:45 ur wrong, u can enter it into desmos as two seperate equations, bx-4(3+2x) and y=-12, then use the slider function on b to until they completely overlap

Hey John, just wanted to clarify something, you can actually use Desmos with the second question, you just have to put the other side of the question in y. So it's like bx-4(3+2x) and y=12, and then use the slider for b, however, I do find your method to be faster and more efficient for this specific question, thank you for the video.

Ohh, for the last question I didn't think about just assuming that b=2 since it's the only way infinite solutions can occur. Thanks for the video!

Hey! I really appreciate the way you teach as your explanation is quite easy to understand but I have a request. Kindly remove background music as it was kind of distracting during the lecture because of which I had to rewind a few times to understand the concept. In general I really like your videos!!!

Hey John!!! Thank you so much for all your hard work!! I would really appreciate if you could complete the desmos series (when to use it and question patterns) before the December 7 SAT. I am kind of nervous for the exam but I feel well prepared so wish me luck!!

Demos didn't work cuz you didn't break the equation... bx-4(3+2x) = y ....(1) -12 = y It will work this way and for the more complicated equation do this 18x+27/9 -a/12 =y {a<0}....(1) b(x+27)=y {b>0} and then use the sliders to get the value... I would like to know your feedback :) thank you!

hey, regarding your practice pdf, on question 7, no solution requires the x to match, but the numbers to not. option A and D both have x values that match but the numbers dont. however the answer key states A (1/17+x=x-1/17) to be the correct answer. isnt D correct as well? (D: 3/17+x=3/14+x)

lol if u put (y=bx-4(3+2x) in one section and (y=-12) in other, and use the slide for "b" you will have the infinite value .

Hey John! I wanted to ask that when we are using SOHCATOA, and there's one trig function (eg tanB= x/y), when will we know how to use it as a ratio or when to use it as the exact lengths. I hope I am making sense. Thank you.
