It's hard to really "judge" these kind of "shorts" . You need to see the whole video. This could sound so unbelievable UNLESS you have been in situations like this .good people get messed over by family many times. I love this judge. I’ve seen lots of his videos I’ve also seen lots of the live footage from a lot of his court cases. Sometimes he can be pretty hard on the ones he needs to be in gentle the other times he needs to be. This time I actually do not agree with him. This girl did not have to be there. This girl isn’t even standing up for her sister. This girl is just trying not to lose her car that her sister fucked up for her. She just had a baby and if you don’t have kids and you’ll never understand How much money you no longer have once becoming a parent. Everything goes to them. I’m paying 50 bucks for a can of formula and my baby goes through a whole can in 3 to 4 days. That’s just formula. I DeVol the cases this judge is ever had this is the one that disappoints me. And none of you can stand up for him for this situation because you don’t watch him like I do. Seeing a couple of his videos throughout your life doesn’t justify your ignorant comments. This girl is in here trying to handle some shit that isn’t even her wrongdoing. He could’ve done a lot better

She would have been better off just saying it’s her car and she just had a baby … cause it is under her name but I do get it, she did a favor for her sister in taking out a car cause maybe her sister didn’t have good credit and now look what happened

My brothers old girlfriend got three tickets in 6 months Using my name almost resulting in suspension of my license. She even went to court as me to pay part of one ticket. Thank God my brother took me to court and vouched for me. We had no proof but thank God they waived the tickets. But it's still on my record. The only similarities with our looks was she wore glasses and a baseball cap and blond hair. She was like 8 inches shorter than me too. Why the officers just took her word for who she was is still beyond my comprehension. In court one officer swore I was the person he gave the ticket to but I had to have my brother drive me to this town I'd never been even close to. My point is my story was not a believable story either BUT IT WAS TRUE.

I don’t know if her story is true or not, because I haven’t seen the whole clip; But what I do know is this, she’s a young postpartum mommy, who’s emotions are all over the place. She has this $500 dollars, and I know that I’ve only seen fairness from this Judge-And if anything, he was merciful (lenient) on the young lady in her present situation. I just watched the end part of this case; And I must say that the Judge was very fair and kind 😊
