I'm working on a similar dress, and I'm wondering how you got the hoop skirt inside? Is it up in the corset?

I love how no one was appreciating her because she didn't even put any efforts into the character to make it a bit more interesting but when she pulled out the dress the audience got cheered and then again silent.

the idea with the hoop being contained I think relates to how the hoop is folded-- if you see when the hoop opens up it looks like some areas are raised; it takes a bit of time before the hoop lays 'flat'. If you search up collapsible hula hoops, then imagine something like that in the dress then it could work if the hoop was cut.( idk if this makes sense when i write it out)
