Law is beautifully written to cover every situation allowing beautiful interpretation to do injustice with corrupt mindset. Even paid lawyers are not doing justice to innocent people for their survival. How free service would be need not to say. Approaching higher courts is not with in the reach of middleclass. PP role is to be set right to help to reach justice but in practice it is quite opposite.

Procedure is so lengthy in supreme court to get free legal aid even official don't entertain the poor peoples in right manners I am totally upset with supreme court legal services committee officers

My father ran a timber mill at the land of recorded in the name of grandfather and run the business as a own license holder. A month before my father died, 2-3 of our 6 heirs did an arrangement for an affidavit from my dad by a magistrate but not through any form of registry or sale deed. Now my question is whether the rest of the heirs will get a share of the property? Can DFO do the change of ownership in their name as per the affidavit?

Police is totally crupted even if camera is installed in police station the collection is done by the Xerox and tea fellow inside the primses. And the culprits are left free. Is State and center pays salary for corruption to the police. The Advocate takes the money on every hearing and the his tea and snacks borne by the victim. Advocate is the first person who takes you for ride
I want to file case both on police and the lady who ran with my money.
In Pune district court whom to approach please give me the guide line. Someone has to take first step.

Dear Mam, 😢😢😢 need advice.
We leave in Delhi.
My father sold two vehicle motor to someone 5 years ago and the vehicle was stolen but FIR not filled.
The person didn't register vehicle the his Name and still vehicle is Name on my Father.
Now the person who stole vehicle has been expired in a road accident what should I do.
We don't have proof that we sold the vehicle.
How much fine or any punishment because Police is asking for claim of the deceased.
